The International Seminar on Islamic Finance in India: Products, Institutions and Regulations jointly organised by Islamic Research and Training Institute (IRTI) – a member of the Islamic Development Bank Group, Jeddah, and Al Jamia Al Islamia, Kerala is the first of its kind in India. The seminar aims to examine the Indian regulatory and policy environment and discuss the potential for Islamic finance in various components of its financial system.
